I love podcasts, hot coffee, and going to the beach. I also have a dog named Goose, not a goose named Dog, and he is everything. I have been through break-ups, jobs, marriage, and parenthood and I am still standing! As a coach, I consider myself to be upbeat, empathetic, and honest. I am an advocate for living your own truth and never apologizing for it.
